The Mission Community Hospital's San Fernando campus is undergoing several transformations including a new name -- the San Fernando Community Health Centers. A remodeling plan was unveiled to the public on Wednesday, April 4, showing how approximately 8,000 square feet of space will be rebuilt into a new facility to provide a primary, specialty and mental health services along with the dental and diabetes services already offered.
