Dear Citizens of San Fernando,

If you didn't know about 100 Citizens, I hope you read the article in The Sun last week. My name is Steven Loy, Ph.D. and I have been working on creating programs to help the citizens of San Fernando become more active and healthier. Since last summer, a number of programs for adults and seniors have been developed and I encourage you to visit Recreation Park to see what fits your schedule from a free fitness class to Zumba, Spinning, Body Sculpting, and a Power Yoga class. These programs are all outgrowths of our 100 Citizens program which you can view by typing into your browser. You'll see a video of 100 Citizens which we have entered in Michelle Obama's Let's Move Faith Based and Community Organization Challenge.

The purpose of this commentary is to urge you to vote every day, until May 11. Once a day, every day. Why? Because if we win the popular vote, I will be invited to the White House to show this video and talk about San Fernando's free community fitness program brought to you by students from California State University, Northridge's Kinesiology Department. Kinesiology is about the art and science of human movement and I bring our students out to help you become stronger and able to do more activities easier. This will be a spotlight on what we have done together along with Mission Community Hospital and to explain what Kinesiology is can do for the health of America.

This opportunity to showcase the City of San Fernando and its people at the White House may never come again. I know this has been a challenging year for many reasons. We are working to get as many votes as possible. For 21 days, we held first place and now we have lost it. We are working very hard at CSUN to recapture the lead but we need the help of every adult and teenager in San Fernando. One vote. Everyday until May 11. We cannot do it without you. We've come to San Fernando and I know many of our participants, your neighbors are healthier. Help usreach the White House. With exposure such as this will come additional grant opportunities. I am discussions to expand our San Fernando 100 Citizens across the country. People will know who you are and where you are ... the start of a healthier America.

It is easy to let someone else vote and "maybe" they will. You all vote and we control our destiny on this challenge. With your votes, we get to the White House. Vote once a day, every day. We have the opportunity to place San Fernando in the brightest and most positive light possible! We can share our program with Michelle Obama at her house ... the White House! Unite and vote us to Washington, DC! We KIN do it!

You can visit Click to vote once a day every day until May 11. New day starts 9:01pm every evening CA time. Email or Facebook but Facebook is fastest.

Wort was traditionally prescribed in parts of Europe for depression (in addition to use as a general-purpose tea), and Chinese medicine developed elaborate lists of herbs and preparations. With the scientific revolution in Europe and the United States, the use of traditional herbal remedies fell out of favor with the mainstream medical establishment, although a few people continued to use and maintain knowledge of traditional European herblore. In the early 20th century, scientists began reassessing this rejection of traditional herbs in medicine. Vorzüge eines intakten und lebendigen Gemeinschaftslebens bewahren. The reasons for this are practical: many individuals in these families have a large number of nevi, and complete removal of them all is not feasible, since new atypical nevi continue to develop. In addition, individuals with increased susceptibility to melanoma may have cancer arise de novo, without a precursor lesion such as a nevus. The disadvantages of screening include the limitations of available noninvasive testing methods and the risks associated with invasive screening procedures.
