Dear Editor,

What a joke! Richard Alarcon has the nerve to accuse Raul Bocanegra, one of his rivals for the race of 39th Assembly of taking advantage of his position when he served under then-City Council member Alex Padilla. Alarcon has called for an ethics investigation into how Bocanegra purchased and financed his condo on Osborne Place. Mr. Alarcon is counting on voters to not hold his criminal charges or his political musical chairs against him. He continues along his merry way taking advantage of his position. Likely Mr. Alarcon will be cleared on May 3, if not postponed again because he is a politician. Definition of a politician on the worldwide web is: a schemer who tries to gain advantage in an organization in sly or underhanded ways. Case closed.
