Jesse Pineda -- who was arrested in Las Vegas -- and Vaca are not listed in the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department's Inmate Information Center website. Burbank police investigators, working with the Los Angeles Police Department, linked the same suspects to a shooting that occurred earlier in the LAPD's Rampart area, according to Burbank police. The six are charged with two counts each of attempted murder and one count of conspiracy to commit murder, along with an allegation that the crimes were committed for the benefit of a criminal street gang. Arraignment is scheduled Friday March 22, at the downtown Los Angeles courthouse.
